I could change it, however it is nothing like necromancy. It must be noted that there is a distinction between Necromancy and Resurgence. Necromancy does not bring the dead back to life, it simply reanimates corpse and turns them into puppets for the caster. The state of the "risen dead" are rotted corpses solely controlled by a necromancer. Misty's power of resurgence truly restores life to people. However she only managed to do this to herself once, and it took a lot of preparation and would probably take years to master such a skill, let alone simply perform it.

Vitalum Vitalis is used the balance the scales of life and death. This can be used by either draining one's own life force to restore a dying person's health, or even resurrect a dead person. Unlike resurgence, vitalum vitalis uses Misty's own life force to bring the dead back to life, which may cause her to pass out.
