I'm intrigued by this roleplay!

I had the idea to represent a group of subjugated nomads rather than an actual province; think something along the lines of the Cossacks. They'd have a nasty history of warring and raiding so I imagine everybody would hate them, but they'd also be powerful militarily and provide good horsemen for the kingdom. Mainly they'd want free passage and grazing rights (though this might get mistranslated into pillaging rights), and since no vassal would ever allow this in their own territory they'd be trying to get the king to override the other provinces.

Before I commit to making an actual sheet, does this idea sound acceptable to you?
