OCs are welcome and given the sheer amount of possibilities for developing powers in the Marvel universe (mutants, inhumans, mutates, etc.) It wouldn't be too hard to envision an OOC. And it's fine not to have any direct relation to a canon character. My character will in various ways, but that's just me lol XD
