Not without edits. Combining two natures in such a way to make a single jutsu is either a Dual-Element KG, or a collaborative technique requiring more than one ninja. So unless he magically has two Kekkei Genkai, These jutsu in particular will need to be removed or edited significantly. In addition, "Blazing Twister is basically a copy of Kirino's "Inferno Style: Flame Cyclone". I'm not too keen on that.

Sloth is also correct. Shadow Clone is a B-Rank. Adding elemental effects would increase the rank, not decrease it.

Make up your mind if this is a summon or a ninjutsu. It can't be both.

As for the rest of the CS... it needs to have spaces between things, so it's not a huge wall of text, but does not conflict with anything in particular regarding the setting. If you edit the requested things, you have my acceptance.
