Alias: Sting

Known Photographs/ Eyewitness Description: According to the few photographs, Sting has blonde hair. All other details are obscured by a stone mask, with human features carved into it. He sports a wardrobe of black and grey, with the only color being the flashes of blue from his tasers, which are linked to his think electricians gloves and grey backpack, which emits a humming noise. Sporting a tattered trench coat, a solid grey shirt, combat boots, and heavy jeans, he tends to blend in with the darkness.

Modus Operandi: According to records and eyewitness testimonies, Sting mostly tackles drug deals and other gang related activities. He usually disarms larger targets, and those using firearms, with his amplified tasers, after which tossing his pack and engaging in combat with his targets. He tends to keep a distant range, using darts with a unique tranquilizer that leave the victim incapacitated and in slight pain. When faced directly, he uses a set of two small knives. Victims recount the man as counting each time he, or someone he was attacking, breathed.

Known Weapons/ Equipment: Sting carries with him a unique set of equipment. He has a grey pack that carries a small, gasoline powered generator. According to camera footage, It is usually drained during the end of the fight, as it powers his amplified tasers, giving them more shock power than your average police equipment. These do not last long, as shown in most records of his assaults. These tasers are recorded as giving Sting about 2-3 uses due to the fuel it requires to maintain them. He also carries small, stinger like darts that are filled with a mixture of mainly morphine, with small doses of cyanide (These results courtesy of forensics). To go along with this "theme", he has knives shaped suspiciously like...stingers, according to eyewitness reports. Lastly, he has kevlar lining in his coat, leaving him less open to attack. This can be assumed due to at least 2 accounts of slashes from knives being ineffective against him.

Territory: Sting mainly focuses on the area that could be called a barrier between gentrification. His main targets being drug deals and gang activity, Sting lurks around warehouses, alleyways, parking lots, all areas generally associated with crime during the night. He tends to stay out of earshot, so that his victims don't hear his iconic buzz until it's too late.
