Just out of curiosity, how are things going to get started in the IC? As in, what's the current situation going to be and where are the characters going to begin? Is there a pre-determined rough SL to provide general goals for each kingdom or are we just going to go with spur of the moment inspiration? The war provides a goal for the Allegiance and the Exiled, but what's the motivation for the fair folk going to be in this? You can only write so much studying before the story gets boring... lol.
