Haha, and yup, that they are. Which is why 'tis best for me to befriend you. Plus our two provinces are nowhere near each other and thus aren't much of a direct threat to one another. As is though, we'll sort any future relations ICly (though you didn't comment on the historical relationship I suggested, thoughts?)

[@Flynn] I'm just wondering, since Buddha's words made me think about it, how much control, exactly, do we get over our respective Houses and provinces? Do we only directly control our character? Or do we get generic NRP control over our province as well?
