[@Ariamis] Well. We've currently got the problem of only having Serah, Sigma or Roger making sense for a promotion since they're stationed at Troas and the rest is at Joppa. And I can give [i]plenty[/i] of arguments on why all three of those are terrible options(to make a long story short: Serah and Sigma are too young and immature and Roger is too reckless). So him leaving is kind of devastating.

And the only other option for a field promotion would be a new guy. And we all know that would end awfully too.
