Update:

'The Soldier's Entente' is going to break apart during this round of posts: Due to House Neptune lowering their guard due to their alliance, House Blackwell takes this opportunity to try and invade Akki. However House Neptune finds out about their plan and attacks House Blackwell's fleet while it is still in harbor. Now House Blackwell has no way to invade Akki and both House Sutharlan and House Staghain have left the alliance due to the actions of House Blackwell to form their own Kingdom. This can be freely discussed by characters at any point during this round.
