Selena the Bayleaf and Ember the Quilava
[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild] [@Ninian] [@Light Lord] [@MagusDream] The duo looked at the oddly colored Totodile in surprise and awe. "You... you're a human? Like from those stories? My mom always told me stories about when the world was at it's darkest, a human would be brought to our world to save it, but I never believed them!" Selena though took it a bit harder, almost stepping backward. "Humans... humans aren't dangerous, are they? I mean, you don't seem any different than a Totodile..." She said sheepishly. Ember reassured her Grass Type companion. "I don't think he's dangerous, I think it's awesome! He's, like, from another world, isn't he? I wonder what it's like... how different it is from ours... the adventures someone could have..." Selena was still a little unsure. "Well... you definitely don't seem bad... but if what you said is true, about those stories, what's happening?" She asked, pondering a bit.
Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio
[Folio Trunk - Town Path F8] [@Ninian] [@Light Lord] [@Lucius Cypher] Breeze follwed behind Gren, with Fuse watching the rear. What Letho had said didn't help ease his nerves, he wanted to make sure they weren't outflanked or anything. He'd been noticing it more and more, the Dungeon Pokemon were acting very odd lately. They weren't attacking randomly as they had in the past, they seemed more organized, luring Guild Pokemon into ambushes, not even Monster Houses, just flat out ambushes. Add onto that the Pokemon that don't even belong in the Trunk, something wasn't adding up... Then Gren told them he had no clue what or who they were even looking for... "So, you did all this, and you're not even sure where we're going or who we're looking for?! Did you think any of this out?!" He yelled, quite obviously agitated. His "Fuse" had been lit. Breeze tried to defuse the situation. "Easy, he's just a kid, he probably didn't know any better. He just wants answers..." But there was no stopping Fuse now. "Answers?! Are these answers worth dying for?! I can tell you, that's a very high possibility after what's been happening lately... lots of Guild Members, some as experienced as Glyph himself, they've been coming in with crazy injuries after heading that far down! Robel was just the latest of those... I don't want to be one of those, but more, I don't want to drag one of those out... sorry I blew up like that, but just the lack of preparation and seemingly carelessness in this mission... it takes a good deal to get me angry, and that fits the bill." Breeze could tell now what Fuse was like. Even though he had a lone wolf personality and could seem angry, he deeply cared about others. "You do have a point though. Gren, how far did you think this through?" She asked, a hint of worry in her eyes. Fuse was definitely right. If the Lower Trunk was as dangerous as she'd been told, this would be a life or death mission for all of them...
