Dennis tried to sneak into the mind of Roxy's creation, but it either lacked one or he didn't had enough concentration to do so, and his attack didn't achieve anything. His will to use primary ability was strong, but he managed to overcome his hunger for Roxy's energy at least for now. So he was forced to rely on physical attacks, until absolute necessity. Using bits of power he absorbed this morning watching for other students Dennis was able to amplify strenght of his muscles and tried to get out from panther's line of atack and punch it from side. There was one more thing - for some reason he wanted to grin, and he knew it was a bad sign.
