”Zephyr Heidrich.” the new student pierced the veil of silence. Well it wasn't unexpected that he would reply to Luke's introduction. Zephyr... Zephyr... "Ah, just like the Greek God of the west winds... interesting." Luke accidentally muttered aloud. Their stroll would occasionally be met with wide eyed, curious stares, glancing at something behind both of them. Probably the odd spherical ball of... something. Luke didn't really know himself. It vibrated with some terse energy. As others looked on, some made expressions of loathing or disgust as they realized what the onyx-colored sphere was and others simply looked away ”So, I take it you’re enjoying the academy so far, Luke?” Zephyr broke the silence between them once more. Question by itself was strange, seeing as Luke had spent only two days at the academy, and on one of the days he had to sleep, he slept on the uncomfortable couch. "I'm... about as new as you. I've spent only two days here." Luke replied ponderously, scratching his left cheek, "But.. It seems nice-ish. People are still as vindictive as they always are but there are many who seem to not really care about your past or your circumstances. I've met alot of people who didn't really care about my past." After those words were exchanged Luke led him through the myriad of halls and staircases. Were there always this much hallways or staircases? Luke almost came close to getting lost himself but luckily found his way at the end. The duo now found themselves in an open area, the field stretching out rather wide. The familiar stone which gave a shadowy area to rest, and of course, the pools that took on the characteristic of a wild animal, bucking wildly and unwilling to listen to anyone that hasn't tamed her. Before he could do anything, a sneeze overtook Luke, Is someone speaking ill will on me? he thought, rubbing the temple of his nose. You could easily feel the pulses of energy it gives off as they got closer to the area. It's intensity easily affecting the inexperienced. Even Luke had to strain a bit as they walked closer to it, "Here we are." he said promptly whilst taking off his clothes, save for his undergarment. He stepped into the pools after placing his clothes and satchel near in the shadows of the rock. Wincing a little as he got deeper, it seemed that the waters were more intense than the first day. Heeding the advice of his headmaster he held a long breath of air and dove in deeper into the waters. He was right, the water didn't crash and strike Luke, which made him unable to maintain his concentration making him difficult to control the waters. He was now able to properly use and control his powers. But his breath would not hold for very long, so he rose out of the water and gasped another breath before diving again.
