Alright, vectors. Not sure how to approach this.

I assume it's like a weak telekinesis that mostly just pushes stuff forward. I guess I'm okay with it, I just don't feel comfortable about the range

A vector is, to quote the dictionary, a quantity having direction as well as magnitude, especially as determining the position of one point in space relative to another. So, as he is able to manipulate this, he could alter trajectory, speed and slow down objects, rip things apart on a sub atomic level, and rebuild them...theoretically, if he had total, and utter control of them. It'd be like having total control over telekenisis. You'd be able to do pretty much anything.

Basically think of it like viewing space in a grid format with trajectories as lines and objects as dots, Vector control allow him to move around those dots and lines as he wishes, allowing him to do things as simply as moving a cup to his hand or as complicated as powering machinery just by moving the parts himself, though in terms of crude application of force he can just rip shit apart on a sub atomic level, contain the blast that occurs when atoms are split, and then put shit back together as he pleases. It's actually pretty potent when applied intelligently, but keep in mind that this is just the heavily limited version of vector control, if i were to uncap his capabilities he could fight the entire hcl cast sans alpha without even getting out of his chair, time travel back to when the fight started, implant the memories of them being beat so horrendously badly in their minds via copy pasting the electrical pathways into their brains, and then doing it again for teh lulz until he got bored.

I limited him to affecting only physical matter and energy, you can still pick him up with telekinesis and chuck fireballs at him, but his telekinesis is stronger and he can chuck the fireballs right back but throwing purely magical energy at him like an arcane bolt actually requires him to bring up a barrier rather than just stopping it, though i'm still mulling that over in my head

Woah woah woah.... basically your character has the ability to completely negate any and all attacks, instantly kill anyone, and can affect them from anywhere on the planet. In ADDITION to possessing a complete and total analysis of the opponent's capabilities and passives? That is not just continent-level, that's planet-level, with the potential to wipe out universe-level entities.
