Your character is mostly good, though I think that ability will need some rework to be usable. It's not that the ability is too powerful, or anything like this but, that hings that rewind time cause undue clogging of the RP and we already move slow enough the way we are, there's no need to step of the brakes further.

Also, unless there's something down the line that you're planning, to justify it, your character sounds more like a healer to me than a rogue. Either way, I'm sure that we can try to find a way to adjust him more. Wait for [@Lucius Cypher] and [@TheWindel]'s opinions as well.
