As far as the Bastion goes, weight and power checks out fine. I'd reduce the ammo count on the battle rifle a bit- especially since its a high caliber, long range, slow firing weapon. Something in the ballpark of 100-200 rounds would be more fitting. Other then that, it looks fine.
