[@Prince of Seraphs] OK, let's try this again, hopefully much better this time. I want to have a character who is glitched due to the glitch in the storyline. The said glitches effect the said character so it constantly changes them from one form to another. Example Below:

A few will have powers but most won't but will be wielding a gun of some type. The glitch could also be the reason why each has a different weapon and abilities. On top of that, the game does not explore them very much unless they have a story level behind them so personality could be anything I want it to be if they are none story based. Since they would change there is no one set personality either. I should have done the example from the start but it should be much clearer now.
