Weaknesses
- Six for all his badassery is still a human (and a glorified mailman), sure he can tank a few extra shots but any solid explosive hit or knife to the face will kill him; he suffers from all the weakness that a normal human does. - For reasons unknown, Six cannot comprehend the ability to throw grenades and other throwables without putting away his weapon first.
Backstory
The Courier is an amnesiac, having lost his memory after being shot in the head over a package he was to deliver, a simple Platinum Chip. Roused from the dead by one Doc Mitchell after the bullet failed to kill him, the Courier remembered nothing of his past, not even his name. From the fragmented shards of memories he scrapped together along with some of his old stuff, he named himself "Six" and then began a personal quest of vengeance to find the man who killed him, knowing little how he would direct the fate of the post apocalyptic Mohave Wasteland.
Personality
Along with knowing little of his past, the head wound he suffered also seemed to make him forget what kind of person he was and leaving some mild form of Multiple Personality Disorder, causing him to sporadical change moods and even world outlooks at random. Six is fully aware of this fact but admits that there is no solution that he can think of that would fix it.

- Pipboy 300
I looked up what this is but for those players not familiar with Fallout a description would be helpful. Please include anything the device is capable of, what sorts of information it is capable of displaying and such. I also believe it should be 3000 not 300 and if you could specify which model he has as there are several different types with slightly different or enchained abilities.
- V.A.T.S. - Computer-assisted aimbots, allows for individual targeting and crippling of limbs.
Something a little more descriptive on this front would be helpful. Are these nanobots in his body that help him aim? Some sort of computer targeting system? And if they are not part of his body they belong in Equipment not Abilities.
- Weapon Proficiency - Although he has no formal training, Six seems to have a knack of instantly figuring out how to use weapons, even being able to know exactly what kind of ammunition it uses and its durability.
Though knowing nothing about this character I can summarize that this is a nod to the fact that FPS protagonists always seem to be able to use any weapon even when they've never seen it before however given the Six suffers from Retrograde amnesia I can surmise that these skills with weapons are something he learned prior to getting shot in the head. With that in mind Six is only going to have this skill for weapons that come from his own game and those from other FPSes that share the same construction. No picking up the Gravity Gun and suddenly being able to use it perfectly.
- Health - He's more durable than the average joe for sure (the bullet to the head should have been a sign), he can also individually heal his limbs from the point of crippled, assuming they're in one piece and not strewn about.
I believe Treue clarified that the Fallout characters can heal serious injuries by way of Stimpaks or the use of a Doctor's Bag. Given that fact this isn't a natural ability that Six possesses but a series of items he carries with him Stimpaks (and the number he has) should be added to the equipment list while this should be removed from his abilities.
- Elemental Resistance - Namely that of fire and rads, for some reason being set on fire doesn't actually cause him to flinch, just burn in pain.
Based on this I can assume in Fallout games that when you are set on fire you suffer no ill consequences other than your life meter depleting at a steady rate allowing you to continue playing normally even when being consumed by flames. There is essentially only one way to adapt that in a fashion that makes some amount of sense which leaves you with two options. This is simply removed and Six suffers from fire as a normal slightly enhanced human being would. Or Six suffers from extreme epidermal nerve damage meaning that he feels little to no pain from external injuries. Essentially being like Francis/Ajax from Deadpool. Those would be the only real options available as there is no other reason that he could be on fire without causing enough pain to leave him rolling on the ground unable to think.
- Crafting - Six is a crafty bastard, able to make everything from ammunition to steaks provided he has to proper facilities and supplies, knowing what he's trying to make also helps.
I imagine this is based on some sort of collection system. Fine X pieces of metal in the desert craft it into Y number of bullets and so on. However since there is no overhead task bar in this game I am going to have to render this skill essentially inert. He can have the ability to manufacture a crazy number of things but without an industrial level facility what he can actually make is going to be limited to basic constructs, as in whatever he can make with his hands and simple tools.
- For reasons unknown, Six cannot comprehend the ability to throw grenades and other throwables without putting away his weapon first.
Straight up delete this. I know in many FPSes you can only have one weapon out at a time so to access your stock of grenades you have to put away your AK47 but there is no logical real world reason why this would happen so it is completely unnecessary. Spirit Fuse: Able to temporarily fuse with his Komory Bat spirit. Dark shield: Cast a temporary shield. Dark Aura: Shoot multiple fiery ball of darkness. High Jump: Can jump much higher than a normal human. Weaknesses and Limitations: Can't spirit fuse very often and usually takes a lot of energy to pull off, if he uses too much energy, his spirit might permanently fuse with his spirit companion, killing him. While the keyblade enhances Riku's abilities beyond normal human capabilities, he can still be killed in regular ways if taken too much damage to his body. Personality: Riku is more of an aloof kid and generally will remain quiet around others. He is, for the most part, kind-hearted and will help those in need. Riku is also super protective of his friends and will even expend his own life to prolong theirs. Though generally nice, Riku has an arrogant side and sill often cracks jokes and over talk his abilities. Backstory: Riku grew up on the world of Destiny Islands, a small world inhabited by humans. Darkness came a ate at his world and he was separated from his best friends, Sora and Kairi. Riku is taken in by Maleficent and is taught the ways of the Darkness and the Heartless to the point where he could control them. Riku met Ansem and allows his body to be possessed to increase his own powers to the point where he no longer had control over his body. Riku eventually turned on his master, Maleficent, turning her into her dragon form and leaving her for Sora to kill off. Riku was able to escape from Ansem and allows Sora and Kairi to escape from Ansem. In the end, Riku closed himself inside the Dark Realm to protect his friends. Riku escaped the dark realm and came to terms with Ansem, as in accepting the darkness in his heart, allowing him to use the power of light and darkness. A year later, Riku helped restore his friend, Sora, to his full self and secretly helps the spunky kid on his journey. He ends up rescuing Kairi and was able to meet up with his best friend. After defeating a bunch of dark dudes (Just sparing some details here) he ends up back on his home world. A bit later, Riku and Sora were called to the home of Yen Sid to take their Keyblade Mastery Exam to become Keyblade Masters. Their test was to enter the Dream World and help rescue the sleeping worlds.
Riku entered the dreams of Sora to rescue him from the darkness, turning himself into a Dream Eater spirit. That's where this story begins.
Dark Aura: Shoot multiple fiery ball of darkness.
What kind of power do these have? Explosive? Magical? Simply burning? This is known as maintenance.
Weaknesses and Limitations
- Every so often his psi abilities backfire, doing everything from launching him at high speed in a random direction, to crippling his sanity. - He is incredibly unstable, capable of falling to everything from paranoia to vivid hallucinations. - His maintenance option takes some time to do its job. - He can be hacked and controlled.
Personality
To put it straight, he is an asshole. He cannot hold a conversation for his life. A relatively civil response from him involves exclaiming his intent to murder you and then burn down your entire home, before proceeding to fuck your dog. He is not a nice person. His goals vary wildly, though mostly they are based on being given orders.
Backstory
During the first incident with the Metastreumonic-force in the Elato forest, the Federation called Secreta Secretorum to take care of this issue. For the Federation, this new force was the same one which had been so destructive during the disastrous report of the Croon incident, but very quickly Secreta Secretorum proved that this Force hadn't any resemblance with the one that the Federation so dreaded. As soon as Secreta Secretorum was in place, the mysterious Force that Secreta Secretorum called the "Metastreumomic" will sent a messenger. This messenger was captured, studied and killed. In the official report, the creature attacked first using its messenger status to surprise the Secreta Secretorum's members. Then Secreta and the Federation army jointly launched a raid into the forest to purify it. But the raid was a failure, no one survived and the zone was declared forbidden. Soon later Secreta Secretorum introduced the E.Y.E project to create an army of warrior monks, with one major specification; the messenger's DNA was used to create a legion of 1100 soldiers. Each member of E.Y.E was also cybernetic with next-generation technology. The first aim of E.Y.E was to avert all actions of the metastreumomic will. To reach this goal, E.Y.E, along with elite soldiers of the army, launched a new raid to pacify the forest that met with rapid success. Several years later after the seven-years war against the Metastreumonic-force that decimated 70% of humanity, Secreta Secretorum, taking full account of the Federation's coercive measures, decides to attempt a coup d'état. E.Y.E troops stand at the ready, rallied to win by desperation to get out from under federal rule. It's in this chaos that the creatures of the metastreumomic will reappear, launching fast and devastating attacks over all of the Federation, including New Eden. The Federation hardened the laws prohibiting access to high-end war equipment such as the energy weapons. The whole market is in shortage. Secreta Secretorum launches its own research programs to counter it. E.Y.E is in its worst possible position. Officially, the structure no longer exists. Covertly, it takes actions through Secreta Secretorum to fight the Metastreumonic force, but the enemies of the group as well. E.Y.E is still divided into two groups, Culter Dei and Jian Shang Di which with time, become rivals and hostile one towards each other. The equipment difficulties that both groups share are undoubtedly not foreign to these tensions. By the Year 15 (2395 in the old era), the invasion by the Metastreumonic force increases each day, and the war against the Federation ravages whole worlds every second.

Equipment looks fine just bear in mind he has to be able to carry all of that. Background is a little... nondescript I guess. It is kind of confusing with so many different organizations and stuff and I'm only sort of getting an idea of what's going on. Besides that however the backstory gives me some good information on the world Feros is coming from but nothing about him personally, where he came from, why he does stuff, where he got his powers and equipment, what side he's on etc. His backstory is more important than that of the game he comes from.
- He comes with 10 ressurectors, a cocktail of drugs that, when he is near death, renders him into a coma, or a 'fake death'. After a few minutes, it proceeds to inject him with powerful combat stimulants, getting him on his feet seemingly good as new.
I'm not opposed to this idea but it needs to be altered. In its current form this is essentially 10 instant revives from death giving Feros a massive advantage in a fight. I think due to the precarious nature and interaction of these combat stimulants and other drugs he can only do this once every... let's say forty eight hours otherwise the new ressurectors interact with the old ones in nasty ways. I'm also going to say that the ressurectors have some side effects once the stimulants start to break down. So they could get you up and about to finish the fight but afterwards you basically feel like your coming down off a massive high, having a huge hangover and experiencing a sugar crash all at once.
- He is capable of impressive PSI powers, doing everything from teleporting inside of his enemy, causing them to explode apart,
General rule, I know this is not how it is in EYE Divine Cybermancy but I'm pulling out X-Men physics for a moment. If anyone with teleport capabilities teleports inside something solid there flesh will meld with whatever solid object they teleported into causing death or loss of limb depending on how much of their body is inside something solid. So if you teleport inside someone you both die. I know this is a bit of a divergence from source material but we can't have a guy that can warp into one bad guy after the next straight up killing them. This rule applies to anyone else from any other series with teleport powers including myself.
to picking up and throwing items as large as buses with incredible force using his mind.

- Given a short amount of time, his armor can automatically 'fix' damage such as crippled limbs and madness. This is known as maintenance.

- His maintenance option takes some time to do its job.
To what extent can "maintenance" fix damage and is it permanent healing or merely a patch job that allows him to finish a fight before it gives out? How does it fix 'madness'?
- Every so often his psi abilities backfire, doing everything from launching him at high speed in a random direction, to crippling his sanity.

- He is incredibly unstable, capable of falling to everything from paranoia to vivid hallucinations.
How often does this occur and what can trigger it? As far as his PSI powers are concerned how does he survive being launched in various directions at high speed? What kinds of effects can his paranoia and hallucinations produce?
- He can be hacked and controlled.
What level of equipment would you need to accomplish this and how effective would it be? Does this mean he is part machine? However, outside of his martial arts and weapon prowess, he wields Ninpo, mystical ninja magic. His signature Ninpo ability is The Art of the Fire Wheel. Weaknesses and Limitations: Ryu is a master ninja, a peak-level human that has destroyed ninja, armed forces, even demons. However, for all of his skill and ability, he is still human. In battle he is cold and calculating and while cut down a foe without hesitation or remorse. He is, however, not without honor. He knows that the lives he takes are in pursuit of the greater good, but takes no pleasure in killing. It is simply an act that he must commit in order to accomplish whatever his mission may be. From a young age he face grueling training in combat, survival, stealth, and killing, as well as many other skills that a shinobi might need. He excelled and quickly became the top student of the clan, being named the successor of the Hayabusa Clan when he graduated. He is the wielder and guardian of the Dragon Sword. He has done more for the clan than just assassinate targets. He has also cemented relations between his clan and other shinobi clans, such as the Mugen Tenshin clan. He is actually close personal friends with the clan leader Hayate, and his younger sisters Kasumi and Ayane. Destroyed ninjas, armed forces, demons. Can perform feats of strength, speed, endurance, and dexterity beyond other humans. The actual weaknesses I can count are: 1. If you throw enough armies at him he'll get tired and die eventually 2. He can die to lethal wounds (which apparently even demons can't seem to inflict) 3. He has to sleep to recharge his magic This section is basically for you to input "What scenarios can kill my character." and "What can't my character do." [*] Bullet Arts: Bayonetta masters the Bullet Arts, a fighting style utilized by the Umbra Witches which uses a combination of melee attacks and gunfire, particularly from guns used on both hands and feet, while wielding her guns, Love Is Blue. It allows her to execute strings of fast paced moves as well as combine them with the use of Wicked Weaves. It also allows her to become efficient at any weapon she happens to come across using the same configuration of hands and feet, explaining Bayonetta's efficiency in being able to execute various attacks with different weapons as well as utilize the Angel Arms she can pick up. [*] [s]Wicked Weaves: Wicked Weaves are a type of attack that can be executed by powerful Umbra Witches to summon forth Infernal Demons by using their hair as a conduit. Bayonetta's Wicked Weaves usually summon the massive limbs of Madama Butterfly, the demoness she has made a pact with. It also has a more powerful variant named Infernal Weaves that appear when Bayonetta has powered up into Umbran Climax. In addition to using normal Wicked Weaves for every attack, the end of combos cause Infernal Weaves to fully manifest the Infernal Demons for extreme damage in a large area-of-effect.[/s] [*] [s]Umbran Climax: Umbran Climax is a Technique that allows every attack performed to be powered up and strengthened for a short duration. When used, the witch glows a distinct purple color and Bayonetta's hair becomes long and flowing with a silver chain pattern laced into it. The strength of Bayonetta's attacks are increased as well as her overall range and area-of-effect thanks to the Wicked Weaves which are called forth with every attack. Each combo also ends with an Infernal Weave, an ability that calls forth an Infernal Demon to release an devastating final attack. If she is not at maximum vitality, activating Umbran Climax will slowly regenerate her health for the entire time it is activated. The demons summoned during Umbran Climax are dependent on which weapons are currently equipped and different combinations create different results depending on the combo and whether the weapon is on hands or feet.[/s] [*] [s]Witch Time: Witch Time is the name of an ancient art used by powerful Umbra Witches, which speeds up their agility and speed, allowing the user to bypass their opponent's defenses and execute combinations of attacks and other feats that would otherwise be impossible. If a witch does not sacrifice angels every day or she dies/is killed, she is forced to fulfill the contract to the demon she made a pact with and her soul is dragged down to Inferno for the eternity. As in the beginning of this RP, Bayonetta has two demons she can call down upon, they being Madama Butterfly and Gomorrah.[/s] [*] Beast Within: Beast Within is a series of transformational techniques that Bayonetta can use that allows her to transform into an animal form and unlock mysterious magical powers. This technique is used by both the Umbra Witches and the Lumen Sages. Bayonetta can transform into a panther, a crow, a bat, or a snake.
Backstory: Bayonetta is the eponymous main character and protagonist of the Bayonetta series. She is a coquettish and mysterious Umbra Witch, who possesses a remarkable talent for the Bullet Arts and is the bearer of the Left Eye, that oversees the darkness. Bayonetta was born Cereza who was the child of a forbidden romance between the Umbra Witch Rosa and the Lumen Sage Father Balder on December 19th, 1411 at the city of Vigrid. At some point, the Left Eye of the Eyes of the World were placed within Bayonetta for safe keeping by the clan. In her childhood, she used to play with a fellow witch by the name of Jeanne who was later selected to become the heiress of the clan. Thus, the Umbran Elder asked her to select an opponent to which Jeanne chose Bayonetta despite this breaking Umbran law. During their fight, Jeanne was defeated by Bayonetta though afterwards a full scale war erupted between the Umbran Witches and Lumen Sages where the two fought side by side against their enemies. Ultimately, the war was won by the Witches but Humans grew fearful of their power and began massive witch hunts that eliminated the clan that left only Jeanne as well as Bayonetta as its survivors. Jeanne later grew fearful that her clans treasure namely the Left Eye would fall into the hands of the Sages and Laguna which led to hear sealing Bayonetta within a lake for 500 years. She remained in this slumber within the coffin at the bottom of the lake for centuries until 3 March 1977, where she was found and later fled to roam the world. This leads to the first game, for after being in the 500 year slumber in a coffin submerged at the bottom of a lake, Bayonetta battled against the angelic hordes of Paradiso in order to discover the truth about her past and what she had forgotten during her sleep. In the sequel, Bayonetta fought to rescue Jeanne, her clan sister who was taken to the realm of Inferno. With the help of Rodin, her demonic weaponsmith and proprietor of The Gates of Hell bar, she is hounded endlessly by hosts of angels along the way, as well as preventing the coming of a new threat, Aesir, the God of Chaos. After these events however, a glitch in the fabric of her universe ultimately pulled her into another universe, this being the universe currently. However, she happened to loose most of her powers, save for the exception of her Bullet Arts and Beast Within, as well as most of her superhuman abilities as well. Even her Infernal Demons cannot be summoned into battle. But on the bright side, at least she isn't forced to kill Angels everyday so she can stay alive. Now she tries to not only find a way out of this place, but also to regain her lost powers as well... by any means necessary of course.

I have some more things I could say but for the moment you seem to have forgotten the Personality, Weakness and Limitations and Entry Point categories. Check the CS template for definitions though I think they are pretty self explanatory.
[@Prince of Seraphs] OK, let's try this again, hopefully much better this time. I want to have a character who is glitched due to the virus in the storyline. The said glitches effect the said character so it constantly changes them from one form to another. Example Below:
and so on
A few will have powers but most won't but will be wielding a gun of some type. The glitch could also be the reason why each has a different weapon and abilities. On top of that, the game does not explore them very much unless they have a story level behind them so personality could be anything I want it to be if they are none story based. Since they would change there is no one set personality either. I should have done the example from the start but it should be much clearer now. How many forms is too many?
That is an interesting concept but for the moment I am going to say no. I may revisit this at a later date but this RP is already a good deal to oversee without introducing system damages into the mix. For this specific character you would have to create a CS for every single form the glitch could take on as well as ironing out the details of how the glitch functions. What makes it work or change, if memories cross over between forms, etc. More than that though if I allow you to play a glitched character it sets a precedent for the other players. If any of them wanted to do something similar I would have no cause to disallow them because I let you do it and having a number of glitching characters could severely distort the focus of the RP's premise. My apologies but for the moment at least I am going to have to say no.
That glitch character brought a thought to my head. Are we allowed to play characters who are NPCS in their games? If so, I think I know who I'm choosing for my second.
That entirely depends on which NPC you wish to play. Look at there role from the developers perspective and ask yourself "Would this be a fun character to play in this video game?" If the answer is yes then the Netherplay Games developers probably created a version where you can play as them. If the answer is no then you can't. Any member of the main character's party in any game would be playable as well as most villains and influential bosses. Some NPCs but definitely not all. Run them by me and I'll tell you if they are playable.
In relation to having a place where the glitch occurs, mind if I put Six later in the game with better guns? I'm thinking that he encounters the virus when he tried to activate the Lonesome Road DLC and goes to the Long 15, only to end up somewhere else completely. Not completely necessary for me but I feel like anyone whose played NV has gotten better guns then a hunting rifle and a 10mm by the time they start any of the DLCs.
The virus event could occur anywhere so the likelihood of it happening exactly as you log into the new DLC is unlikely though possible. It would be more likely to happen maybe part way through the DLC or not long after or before you activated it. In any case it isn't really important to me as long as being later in doesn't make your character more powerful than advertised in the CS. If these better guns are something you want Six to have they should be in his equipment section. Otherwise he won't have them. Speaking of which I should really add some provisions to Terra's equipment.
Everyone
If you have a second character please place them in the same post as your first in the Character Tab after they are accepted. Separate hiders but keep them in the same post to limit bloat in the Character Tab.
