"According to my initial orders to infiltrate the cult, I've been gathering information for months." "Yes, she has." Adrianne backed up Catherine's statement as she cocked her head in the direction of the guardswoman as she looked at Andromedai, before passing a cocky smirk over at Catherine. "And believe me, she has gone very in-depth too, and aquired a whole lot of information about the inside." Adrianne said with a snide tone, the only thing missing being her fingers to make air quotation marks. Turning back to Andromedai, Adrianne, having slumped down into one of the chairs and was currently leaning back; folding her fingers together and leaving her staff to rest idly by on the table. "We did blow up the cultist base. However, we mainly only killed some of their henchmen. Most of the important Slaaneshi cultists escaped through an underground tunnel prior to the bombardment." Adrianne said as she folded her arms, staring back at Andromedai with a bit of a bored look. "My Psyber-Raven did get some face scans of some of them, so their survival might actually be beneficial, as if we follow their persons, they might run back to their fellow accomplices and give us further information of the heretical networks currently spanning this planet." To her, the meeting felt like a waste of time, visible through a frown on her face. From Adrianne's experience, asking the Sisters of Battle for aid against such an insideous threat was almost a complete waste of time. The only time you ever asked the Sisters of Battle for anything was if you needed a planet firebombed on a global scale. Anything less extreme than that was simply too complex for the Sisters of Battle to ever understand! And criticising the Sisters of Battle in hopes that they would improve? That would be an even more stupid idea!
