Please." "Of coarse." ❀ [@Burthstone]❀ The streets had begun to quiet down as the lazy afternoon droned on. The excitement of the rest day had been apparent in the many patrons of the games, who were eager to catch a glimpse of the champions as they enjoyed all Crocus had to offer. Though as Rosalina strolled at a brisk pace through the strip mall she could already see that the majority of stalls were empty. There were a few stragglers here and there, but nothing note worthy. Rosalina could see her hotel way off in the distance, the tall building standing higher than most in the backdrop of Crocus. She began to step forward, but as her foot slid across the ground she felt a tingling sensation; foreboding a rather unexpected encounter. "Salutations Rosalina," The strangers voice sent shivers up Rosalina's spine, though that was more to do with the fact that this man knew her name. She supposed that it wasn't so uncommon. Despite not having attended the unveiling a few days prior, Rosalina was still known as a Council member. Though when she turned around to greet the stranger, she had not anticipated who it was she might see. Gregory Vale was indeed a man who held quite a fierce reputation. Rosalina had never interacted with him personally before, but she knew enough. Yet despite that, he seemed intent on her hearing him out. "And while I'm sure my reputation precedes me, let's get out of the way that I'm not here for a nefarious plot. I simply want to ask you for a favor, from one wizard concerned about the world to, what I assume, is another," Concerned about the world? Of coarse Rosalina was concerned, otherwise she wouldn't have bothered with the council. It was Gregory's motives that she questioned. Though the man had a face of stone, and any ill intent was hard if not impossible to read. When Gregory held out his hand to Rosalina, she played along. The idea that she might grant his favor was ludicrous, but she wanted to fight out what he wanted at the very least. She clasped her gloved hand around his own, staring into his eyes with a stern look. "Captain Rosalina Idwal. Representative of the Rune Knights on the Magic Council." She lowered her hand back to her side, resting it gently on her hip just a few inches away from her weapon. Though her relaxed stance would hopefully imply that she was more casual about this whole ordeal than she actually was. "What is it you need, and why do you need my help with it?"
