Appearance: As an Ulitharid, Masrith stands nine feet tall

Race: Ulitharid. They are a more powerful sub race of illithid

Class: Psion

Equipment: Steel guantlets, leather leggings braced with steel, backpack for carrying evil stuff, and 'The Allseers eye'. Its a special eye patch that allows him to decipher all written forms of language.

Background:  As an Ulitharid. Masrith started off as nothing more as a tadpole waiting to undergo the process of Ceremorphosis. After burrowing into the brain of his host and replacing it. His body developed into that of an Ulitharid. Making him far greater physically and with mental prowess against his Illithid brothers. He was granted a higher status because of this and lived as a noble. Masrith always sought to benefit and improve himself over others and was not considered a kind individual. Living a life with two mentally dominated slaves kind of does that. He always sought the better of his species and only ever followed the laws set by the elder brain. Occasionally trading with other races of the under dark and going to the surface to collect more slaves for their society. Other than that, he doesn't talk about how he left his people because he uncovered a terrible secret hidin by the elder brain. 

Other: Psions are beings with powerful minds. All kinds of Illithids have psionic powers to dominate the minds of others and some can even use their minds to open dimensional portals. Ulitharids are also physical powerful.

Weaknesses: Undead are completely immune to his mental effecting abilities and strong willed individuals can resist them. Using his psionic abilities can also wear him down. First causing him to haveassive headaches which will then be followed by hallucinations if he doesn't rest his mind. If he still persists, he could then become mentally unstable causing him to lose control of his abilities for a time. Also, despite his physical stature, he doesn't have effective hand to hand combat skills. Yes he can throw a mean punch, but fighting a someone who actually trains in hand to hand will put him at a disadvantage.
