[@Famotill] That type of style also reminds me of some Super Smash Bros Rps I've been in, having controls be implimented to make a non-smash bros character work. This could work, but alternatively, we can just go on listing abilities like you see here on the Overwatch Wiki. Simply state the ability's name and how it works, as well as for how long/far it can go. I give Tracer as an Example:

Or simply:

An example of what I mean is down below, in regards of the second character choice:
