• Ritter can create and manipulate fire. He is also completely immune to fire and heat.
• Though he can be harmed, he is more durable than a human, his perception of pain is dulled and his healing is accelerated, to the point of completely recovering from gunshot wounds within mere weeks.
• Through physical contact, locking eyes and a short chant, Ritter can send those who have sinned to Hell.
• He can make his eyes emit an orange glow. This also happens when sending a soul to Hell.

Control:
Two small capsules of holy water under his skull. When activated, the capsules rupture and the holy water scorches his primary motor cortex, leaving him paralyzed from neck down.
Weaknesses:
Objects originating from Heaven cause him to temporarily lose all of his powers, though their area of influence is only a few dozen meters. He gets uneasy and paranoid in close proximity to churches and contact with holy water causes him great pain and muscle spasms in the affected area. Holy water also causes burns in larger amounts.
Personality:
Due to low regards for humanity, he tends to be brutally honest with humans or individuals he thinks are human. Because of this, many would describe him as insensitive, rude and arrogant. As a servant of Hell, he believes what he was doing before he was captured is right. Though he can usually overcome his anger and keep a calm and collected outlook, once he reaches the breaking point, he unleashes his full, Hell-fired fury, usually with a vicious smile on his face. He enjoys taunting his victims, his go-to way of scaring people being shifting into his demonic form, that being a severely burned humanoid with glowing eyes and unusually pointy teeth.
History:
Working at Action Impact Firearms at Eastpointe, Detroit, Ritter lived a relatively normal life before his capture, although he kept away from others both due to his disrespect for humanity and risk of running into someone with supernatural detection equipment. At night, he prowled the streets, seeking the wicked, condemning their sinful souls to eternal damnation. Unsurprisingly, the numerous instances of people disappearing all around Detroit caught the attention of officials and on that unfortunate night, Ritter was caught in the act. Despite his resistance to injury, the numerous 5.56 millimeter projectiles combined with batons and tasers proved too much to handle and he was quickly captured.

True, should have given that more thought. Because almost everything is considered a sin according to the bible, (if I understand it correctly, I'm not too versed in fantasy literature), there would have to be a limit. Maybe a "sin" would be killing/causing serious injury on purpose.

Vocal Replication: Keith is capable of imitating any sound he hears, including voices.

Cannibalism Empowerment: Consuming humans/wendigos makes him more powerful in addition to making him grow in proportion to the meal consumed for a short span of time.

Infinite Ingestion: Being endlessly hungry, his digestive system will allow him to eat a seemingly limitless amount of matter as long as he can fit it into his mouth.

Healing Factor: Losing a limb is no problem if he can retrieve the limb and place it back! He possesses rather quick regeneration.

Enhanced senses: Keith has heightened senses, primarily utilizing his incredibly effective hearing.

Enhanced Condition: Becoming a wendigo has augmented his strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, and basically every aspect of him excluding appearance and mental stability. Ever since the transformation he's become an apex predator of sorts.

Natural weaponry: He's got sharp teeth and claws to match that are capable of shredding even his fellow supernatural creatures to scraps.

Stealth Combat: Like most wendigos, Keith is effective at quietly dispatching most prey, using neck snaps, decapitations, and etc.

Weakness/Control:
Fire. They placed multiple tiny incendiary explosives in his mouth, on his heart, and on his skull, and the bombs can be activated at any time remotely. In addition, there's a contraption in him that when active will block the passage of food.
Unknown by the government due to lack of interaction with wendigos, they can be killed by being eaten by a fellow member of their species, whose saliva can prevent other wendigo's healing factor.

Personality:
TBA... but he's pretty mentally fucked up.

History:
Keith was human at some point, an average college student to be more specific. While not interacting with his parents at all, he had a brother, a roommate he happened to be dating, and a friend in the form of an old flame. The whole gang of bored college students occasionally went on hiking trips and one of the times a series of mistakes landed them on a mountain without any help combined with little food. Cold, close to death, and starving, Keith devoured those closest to him to survive. When the rescue group came in three out of the four lost people were already gone, and a wendigo wasn't a welcome sight to them. The government came in then took the monster away to the camp.

Promise of freedom on top of the chance to be human again gave him hope. He'd do anything for a chance to change his body back to normal and stop the hunger, so he accepted the invitation.
