You can make a former NEST/RAVEN (NEST would probably make more sense imo since RAVEN was only around for like a few years).

As for what your character can do; well, they could be involved in the conflict with the Founding Family somehow. I plan on a few ways to get other characters into the mix.

EDIT: I am [i]NOT[/i] saying that you can't make your character a RAVEN - I'm just asking for a side character who isn't. lol
