Alright I think that a lot of us have questions, complaints, and concerns about this roleplay. While we are trying to help as best as we can, this OOC just came up today and we're still trying to finalize everything before we start the IC. We're not trying to keep you in the dark, we just want all the information settled first.

Oh and yes the collars close, they're shown open like that but once on a person's neck, it closes around it and can't be removed by physical means as far as the subjects are concerned. It makes it easier, simple, rather than putting people in straight jackets and helmets and everybody in their own little corner of the looney bin. For down time and in their cell if they want that, by all means.

Tonight when I arrive home I'll try to type something up for more explanation of the current conditions and what not, some of the plot, etc. while I talk it out with the other GM's. But we are simply trying to help and making this as smooth as possible so we can start and things can be fair and enjoyable.
