Your superstrong superfast werewolf can literally LIFT any guy that weighs less than 10 tons and then crush him or throw him so far into the air he will die from hitting the ground.
Nergal quickly disintegrates any guy whose head he can touch for some time - and helping Nergal to do so is probably our team's major tactic for dealing with especially durable enemies.

Don't worry, trump cards are something many capes have - and all of them can be countered in some way. Enemies that aren't destroyed by them make for extremely interesting and complex encounters - and enemies that get oneshot by attacks of powerful and dangerous supervillains make it all look grittier and more realistic!
