Bio:

Not everyone starts out evil, just like everything else, people change over time. Sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. Rodney is an example of the latter.

The man that would later become the villain known as Menace was once an eighteen year old kid who dreamed of defending his country from any foreign threats it may face. After graduating high school, he immediately joined the US Army to do exactly that, spending the next five years of his life as a grunt until he was honorably discharged. It was the least his superiors could do for him after being the lone survivor of his squad due to bad intel from his commanders.

He still hadn't lost his desire to do good though which was why he became a bounty hunter after returning to the States. Three years would pass without any incident, Rodney had even found a woman that he was completely devoted to. It wouldn't last forever though as the day came when he chose the wrong target. Carlos Lopez was the son of an the infamous cartel leader Juan Lopez and was wanted for crimes that ranged from petty theft to murder. It would have been a simple grab and bag if it wasn't for his dad's connections. While taking Carlos to the station to drop him off, a corrupt cop working for Juan erased all files on the young man's crimes, meaning there was no longer a bounty for Rodney to collect.

The bounty hunter refused to let the criminal go without him paying and so, instead of releasing him, Rodney made a call. Five million dollars and Juan would get to see his son again. In his mind, it was a great plan. The cartel would lose millions, the leader would put more manpower towards protecting himself and his family, meaning less crime being committed. Mr. Lopez was not willing to play ball. He hated his son and only made the effort to remove his criminal history since he would be seen as weak by his competitors if his son was arrested by a lone bounty hunter. Now it was personal though. Family, friends, even Rodney's fiance were all hunted down and murdered until he was the only one left.

Rodney Graves died that night when he was mailed each of his loved one's heads and Menace was born. He started with Carlos Lopez, then the corrupt cops who had turned their backs on him, next were the cartel's lieutenants to leave their leader vulnerable, before finally placing his sights on Juan Lopez himself. The broken man didn't stop there though. In his mind, everyone was to blame for his loss. No one was innocent. Not the good cops who only chose the same profession as corruptible men, not the families of the cartel's lieutenants who knew nothing of where their income came from, and not the child Juan tried to use as a human shield in the hopes Menace wouldn't pull the trigger.

Personality:

Rodney has lost touch with his humanity, taking the lives of anyone who even dares to look at him in a way he doesn't like. He acts violently toward others and is almost always in an aggressive mood.

Abilities/Skills: Rodney is trained primarily in firearms and only really uses any other weapon, like his knives for example, when he has no other weapon in hand. When disarmed, he's more than likely to charge his enemy and reply mostly on his brute strength.

Equipment: A plethora of guns and knives ranging from handguns and switchblades to machine guns and machetes.

Alignment: Chaotic Evil

Reputation: With his serious lack in morals and indifference in who is on the other side of his scope, Rodney is mutually hated by just about everyone in Ankora.
