It's best if you remove the shapeshifting in its entirety. While she is a Psion, she's also still human, so that ability feels completely out of left feild as its more physical rather than mental. No need to look for a replacement. Simply removing it would do.

As for the nerfs, perhaps you can shorten the distance limit on some of your abilities as well?
