My review :

Nice CS in general. (I noticed the Asuma inspiration :D ) But I wish you change some things. 

1.) Eagle Eyes ;
What do you mean with that? He can look as far and good as an eagle? If so, then I would like to know how that is possible. We already have a Konoha clan that has such eyes, the Nimatsu's. (Roran Hawkins clan). 

2.) High leveled chakra control.
Though his history is likely implying he got the training for it, which I never have a problem with, for the game balance I can't accept this. If you would say good chakra control (sounds higher than average, but yet lower than high) then I would like it a lot better. :)

3.) Custom Techniques
We always want to have some kind of weakness with a custom techniques. After looking, I only have a slight problem with Fatigue Smoke, as it implies the user can manipulate the air while your characters has no such jutsu.
