Don't worry, i promised not to show my loud love to any truly important enemies, at least as long as not doing that makes for better drama and challenge.
In-character it is justified by my guy's superhuman psychosis. He's quite unbeatable anyway, why use his last resort weapon instead of fighting (kiiiinda) fairly with challenging opponents?
