[@Buddha] Yes they would have general knowledge that most human beings would know and their own flavor of personality of what they perceive this information as, thus giving each their unique character. However, the only difference is they only have this knowledge, not the memories that most people would have with it. They don't have any personal or unique memories of anything besides what they're currently experiencing now. They are also fully developed and adjusted to the world so they're not like infant toddlers coming out and can function like normal human beings. At least, as normal as it comes for some people. 

It's like amnesia: They have the info but no clue how they got it
