[@Kimchi] Yes, but you would have no clothing otherwise. Although in training exercises and combat, it would be most recommended to wear them and not go butt naked. 

[@Keksalot] Also, the suit would not constrict your char's breathing, I hope you know that. Unless he just prefers to go topless and show off his balloon lungs, then by all means.
