Firstly, I should note the bit where I said:
"For those who do wish to be a Protoss, PM me."

Secondly, in said PM via Skype with the other person who wanted to be a Protoss...who did follow the instructions...I have established that Protoss characters are now allowable, HOWEVER: they will be introduced later in the RP, and ALSO: only as a second character.
So you may send me a Protoss character application, available positions include Dark Templar (Feel free to give him Centurion gear if you like, and/or Corsair flight training.), Templar (Zealot training, not High Templar. Feel free to cross-train him to fly a Pheonix or Scout if you like.), Purifier Praetor, or Khalai. No more than one High Templar will be accepted, who has already been reserved as CO of the Protoss ship. Additionally, no Archons, no Immortals, no Dragoons, no Stalkers, and no robots who aren't Purifiers will be accepted, though some of those may be able to occur in the course of the RP.
