So here we go: Name: Subject #3761478 Age: Agefluid Gender: Genderfluid (They/Them pronouns by default or animal, He/She depending on humanoid form assumed) Species: Skinwalker Abilities/Powers:

Shapeshifting - Bread and butter of skinwalker power is the ability to assume the form of any pelt they don, be that the skin of human or animal. Transformation includes perfect mimicry of appearance, voice, etc. This includes biologically-based powers as well as weaknesses i.e. strength of a werewolf and weakness to silver. Transformation does not make the skinwalker exempt from skinwalker-inherent weaknesses or skilled at using stolen powers. Partial transformation can be achieved, but combining forms cannot. Wounds sustained while transformed are transferred to other forms in roughly analogous locations. Eyes are considered unusual regardless of form.

Enhanced Speed - Capable of movement equal to the max speed of a traditional car. Only available in transformed form. Furthermore, as a result of this power, the gait of the assumed form is a flawed form of the assumed form's normal gait. Individuals with specific familiarity to the assumed form can identify this ruse as a result.

Calcifying Spit - The source of the skinwalker ability to 'spit human bones'. If the skinwalker's spit hits a target, that area quickly calcifies and becomes bone-like.
No Internal Organs - Because the US government has them. Grants whatever bonuses you'd get from not needing internal organs. For some reason still needs to drink and eat and sleep, even if critical hits don't really do anything.
Basic Mind Reading - If eye contact is maintained, the skinwalker can read immediate surface thoughts. Not particularly useful unless the skinwalker can make the target think about what they need them to.
Weakness/Control:

Primary control is white ash, irritating in small doses and fatal in large ones. Planted within the subject's body are devices designed to disperse ash into the body. Quantity of dispersed ash can be scaled up or down.
Secondary control is juniper berry injections, which suppress the subject's power and renders them vulnerable. Conduit is a dispenser located in the abdomen.
Tertiary control is the destruction of the subject's externally-located internal organs, which will lead to death as if they were connected to the body. These are in possession of the US government.
Traditional control is the identification and purposeful intonation of the skinwalker's true name, which quickly leads to death as the subject is subjected to every sin he has committed. The government is not in possession of the subject's true name, but a list of suspects have been narrowed down.
Emotional control is the individual known as [REDACTED] whose current status is [REDACTED]
Personality: Like Fanon!Reaper from Overwatch, I guess. History: The history of the nameless skinwalker is one shrouded in darkness and tragedy. Even before humanity took over and subjugated the moonlit world, life has proven itself to have been twisted and unfair to the young being. Born as a regular human to a loving family, #3761478 once lived a carefree, happy life. They had friends, family, and fulfillment. They even had love, a love that was quickly corrupted and ultimately led to ruin and eternal torture for their lamenting soul. At first their love was true, was of the greatest dedication, trust, and sanctity. That is, until their lover was indoctrinated by a dark cult of witches. #3761478 joined the cult at the behest of their love, but this was not a wise decision. The cult made him into a kinslaying monster. They were forced to slaughter their family one by one in pursuit of power. They tore out his organs and buried them with their kin. At the end of it all, they became a monster. Literally and metaphorically. #3761478 was used as a weapon, killing the enemies of the cult that had taken him in. Ultimately, they was unable to live with their guilt and turned against their oppressors with the violence they had taught them. But fate has a way of turning even a fortune to misfortune. They were forced to kill their light, their love, for their zealous devotion was ultimately the undoing of their relationship*. After the slaughter, #3761478 went on the run, drifting from place to place for the majority of their life. They were resigned to desolation, but hope soon came to them. They met with a werewolf in Wyoming and quickly became friends and, eventually, lovers. Here #3761478 found peace and safety. #3761478 lived among a tribe of werewolves, and was accepted as one despite being a skinwalker. However, that was when the humans took over and began imprisoning the supernaturals. #3761478 wanted to sacrifice themself for the pack's sake, but it was ultimately their love that took that fall for everyone. Though they made it out alive, they were quickly picked off one by one, and imprisoned. Deciding that they had lived in fear long enough, #3761478 entered the camps in order to free their lover. When their flawed plan failed, the offer of the government became the next best choice. #3761478 joined the hit squad, not for their own freedom, but for their pack's. For they were innocent, and #3761478 knows they are a monster who deserves everything that's coming to them. And at the end of it all, what is one tortured life in exchange for an act of pure good? Relationships/Opinions: [sub]*Don't stick your dick in crazy, kids.[/sub] EDIT: I don't appreciate that laugh, Bombardier. I spent a lot of time researching skinwalkers for you to write it off as a joke. =.= EDIT: Not you too, Fubsy >.<
