Hatter~ Not exactly ignoring her question to him, but not entirely answering it yet either, Hatter made his way over to the ‘Romance’ section, eyes scanning the covers for something that would catch his eye for Dorthy. Staying more to the fantasy stories, he didn’t have the slightest clue as to what she would like. He often fetched her books from here and she had yet to complain so he picked one called “The Notebook” figuring the story would interest her. Some girl accidentally left it several years back and the dormouse did love tales from the other world. Picking at the pages with really reading them he spoke to Claire through the book, “Well, you see today has been quite curious and I happened across a male Alice or rather he prefers to be called Al and well I was quite wondering if you happened to have seen one perha…” The last words were cut slightly short as Marcus noticed an object moving in his peripheral. Book still open in his hand, he leaned back in order to get a better view of what or whom in particular was also in the room. Upon seeing an unfamiliar face, a breath escaped from him in the form of a sigh, one he didn’t know he had been holding at all. It was not a spy and that alone was enough to be thankful for. With some observation to the figure in the chair Marcus found a figure was both feminine with masculine attributes. Long hair and attire led to him deciding to denote the person before him as a madam. “It appears you may have a better idea of what is going on than I previously thought my love. Where did you find this intelligent miss at? I swear they are all but falling from the sky today!” Although in my case he quite literally fell from the sky Before pulling his head back into a normal position he stated his name and added a hello, welcoming the girl. Closing the book he began walking back to the counter in order to check it out. Removing his card from a small pocket on his vest he lowered his voice and began to inquire on how much of this was getting out, whether the Queen knew, as he tried to make sure he was as prepared as possible. The less she knew the better and safer everyone could feel. Though he was stuck at a young age, he did not particularly want to go toe to toe with her. No need to try and see if he was immortal or not. [@sassy1085] [@Jester] [@Meiyuki][@Guardian Angel Haruki]
