Well, in Riley's post she says the fire is about six blocks away from her current position, given how quickly the two ghouls got too the skyscraper, it's probably somewhere in the center of the town, but still in range of the fires, so no doubt Comedy would probably be able too see the fires, as for the exact location, it'll ultimately be up too Comedy([@Lasrever]) as long as it all still makes sense geologically.
