[@KoL]Erm, just to clarify, the APC plus Leviathan are in the marketing district, which I would imagine (since I didn't explicitly state Eclipse, Nies, or Rocket) is in a separate part of the city from where your character is. I aimed to show simultaneous mayhem within the city, since everybody being clumped up together would kinda defeat the purpose. Also Drauni would have most likely have gone "oh shit not this scary person again." had she been in his general vicinity.
