I can help with that! :) I usually decide if I want the character to be short or tall. They'll then range somewhere from 4'6" to 6'6" in height. Once I've picked that, I think of a build I want for them. Are they are bony? Are they chubby? Do they have muscles? I then estimate a weight based off of that. BMI charts online can be a helpful resource, if you're stuck.
