Actually no, just limit all/most of the abilities you can find. I may have exceptions to some more OP powers, whoever and whatever they may be, but otherwise just find them all. I think I forgot a few myself for Goji (like Nuclear Pulse), but that was just me making the profile late at night. I'll add the rest in soon.
