Being a quarter Korean, the Asian descent apparent in his facial features is contrasted by his sandy blonde hair and captivating blue eyes, a testament to his Nordic heritage. Needless to say, he has very androgynous looks and could probably be made out to appear as a woman with the right makeup and extensions. He takes great care in cultivating his looks, although he wears outdated or fantastical aristocratic clothing. At his side, he generally carries an ornate yet sharp saber.

Tris possesses great cunning and guile, much like a great puppeteer, and deranged charisma oozes off of him and captivates some, but generally disturbs most. Physical and energy based abilities have no effect on him and his able to pass through solid objects, much like a ghost. [indent]While he is hard to take down, much less touch, Charade's powers have no inherent offensive properties. He can not take down an opponent by himself, unless he manages to get the drop on them, and relies on his opponents taking actions against him so that he can counter their tactics with his own abilities. When he cancels his full-body intangible state, there is a brief 15 second period in which he must wait to use this again. Partial intangible states have a drastically shortened period though.[/indent]

His parents disappeared 7 years ago, probably due to a freak accident caused by Lyon's space-time manipulating abilities. His mother was not known to have any powers.[/indent]

[indent]Tristram never had a great childhood growing up. His parents were never home, but when they were his dad would always berate him, and his mother always stood by, terrified of her powerful husband. Lyon was a control-freak and needed to consolidate and protect his reign over his family by any means necessary, even if came to blows. The Cringe family looked impeccable from afar, but it was truly a broken household. As Tris grew up, he became more and more rebellious, essentially becoming part of the pop punk clique during the early 2000's and doing whatever the hell he wanted. 

Around 2009, something strange happened that no one saw coming. During a particularly heated argument between Lyon and Ida, who was hellbent on getting a divorce and taking everything from her horrible husband by now, the Infi-Knight used an alarming amount of his seemingly endless power to stop his wife. The neighborhood they lived in vanished in the blink of an eye, disappearing instantaneously into the unknown. Neither Lyon nor Ida would ever be seen again, lost in the void that the Infi-Knight had conjured. The 16 year old Tristram was suddenly gifted with fortunes beyond his imagination, and he was free from his father's tyranny. While he didn't notice the toll his parents' obliteration had done to him, he went into a downward spiral from there on.

Parties were the source of any feeling for him. Anyone and everyone he would go to, even after he had graduated and gone to Mayweather. Frat parties, dingy clubs, they were all fair game, and boy did the "Blink Dog", as he was known then, spend a [i]ton[/i] of money roving from festivity to festivity. Drugs, drink, and dance were his past time activities and there was no doubt in his mind that he would continue this hedonistic lifestyle until he died or ran out of money. Well, that was until one day. The only thing he remembers was a blinding white light and the glorious form an angel. 

Afterwards, Tristram seemed quite a different person, dramatically so. He no longer cared for hedonism, for he now craved chaos and pandemonium! The newly awakened Charade lost of all of his former friends and devolved into an animated, hysteric state that startled nearly everyone he came in contact with. Some of the teachers tried to help him seek therapy to deal with whatever had happened to him, but he would have none of it. He was reborn! There would be nothing of his past life to hinder him, for the future came and with it, the love of Eliana, his creator.[/indent]
