So I am literally typing out a Jon solo post right now.  It’ll be posted shortly.

In regards to the JEB deal, I’m not familiar with it.  The only thing I can say in regards to boards in general is that the most important thing to focus on is not being down if you lose.  You will lose eventually, maybe initially.  The first few are an experience and no one can prepare you because part of it is how you take it individually.  I lost several and won a few.  It got easier.  

In regards to losing, understand that there are some elements of arbitrary choosing at points.  It’s just part of the game.  

If you are planning on going through boards in the future, start to build yourself up.   Collateral duties, off-duty education, ON duty/non-rate education, volunteering.  That kind of stuff is something that helps a lot, obviously.  

In regards to the 3 of us starting, I agree ASTERISK.  I say the three of us start a group and do that.  Maybe the CDC group, or the walkers, or a small group that will JOIN the walkers as a whole.
