The USSR demands that the fascist regime in Italy, that has attacked its supposed "allies" as well as socialist countries in a move to regain land it has lost as a result of treaties following the second World War, fully cover the expenses paid in repairing all damage in the countries they invaded, as well as the sum of three hundred million US dollars to the UK, Albania and Yugoslavia. Failure to comply means our ultimatum of military action against Italy will continue.
