They get into Russell's car. Russell starts it up and the car shudders and then roars to life. "She may not be a looker but she has plenty still to give." he jokes as they head into town.

Russell is growing concerned for Catty. 'Catty is a fighter but last night sure did a number on her morale. Not even my secret weapons were any use' he thought "I know things look bad but you will pull though this. What ever happens, I will stand besides you like I always have. I am sure your parents will also help and support you." says Russell as they near the store.

She hears the door open and voices shouting fornpeople to get down and hearign a gun shot and eyes widen and duced away with her friend slightly "so much for the nice day"

Russell goes over the desk, picks up the receiver and dials the number. As the operater picks up, Russell says " uhm. Yes, there is an armed robbery at the store by ******. Please send the police."

Before Russell could properly react, he gets shot in the shoulder and falls prone behind the desk. Grasping his shoulder, he says in pain "Catty, are you okay?"
