Hello! This is an interest check for a dungeon diving, high fantasy adventure GM'ed by yours truly. It shall be set in a fantasy world of my own making. You shall play the part of an adventurer. Whether you go on adventure for fame, treasure, good will, or a sense of duty, you have been driven to this city by fate, and are summoned by the Queen's retainer to embark upon a journey of peril. Are you up to the task?



Welcome traveler! To the lush and vibrant city of Riverhope. A place of fair people and beautiful landscape, where music and laughter can be heard upon every street corner. A city dominated by lovely trees as well as buildings of exquisitely sculpted stone. Why are you here, you may ask? Perhaps it is simply a stopping point on your journey to the sea, or to the south, if you travel down the river Dúemen. Perhaps you seek refuge from the Great forest beyond from some tragedy? Or perhaps this is your home, where you have lived among Elves, Half Elves, and many other races for long years? The choice is yours. However, what brought you here matters little. It is why you venture from here that matters!

Please let me know if you are interested! I am looking for 4-6 players minimum and maximum. If I have more than that, I will put you on a reserved list. This isn't first come first serve. This is who I think will do the best with the character they have given me (keep in mind this doesn't mean I choose who made the best character. You can have made a perfect character that just so happens to not be one I can work with).

Alright, I'm game. I might dust off my very favorite knight-in-shining armor character for this.

Hey howdy! Been... literally, like, a year, hasn't it?

I also want to point out that while there are obviously roles to fill such as ranged fighter, spellcaster, so on and so forth, let that be a secondary concern. I have premade NPC's for roles that aren't filled. Make the characters you want. I'd rather people be interested than feel obligated.

@The Fated FallenI think this would be more your style. That and the iffy/problematic stuff for you in the Merc campaign won't be happening in this one. I'm making sure all the players who join understand the lore and style of the RP this time.

@BCTheEntityIt'll still be in a dark universe of course, but indeed it'll have a more noble goal (treasure still abounds though). Not all the players will be (hopefully) as self serving as a bunch of sellswords XD
