Well I didn't have that much reasoning behind it beyond...uh.. I just liked the name. He's pretty feminine over all but he's not trans or anything, nothing that complicated. Just in my search for names I came across that one and liked it a lot. And that's why Felix or Blu are the nicknames, because Felicity isn't too fond of his name for the same reason Cecil isn't fond of his. -shrugs- but I personally like the name Felicity. All there is to it.
