Alex looked up at the gates of The Academy high above him as he adjusted his backpack. [color=f26522]"Ah, It's nice to be home again."[/color] he said as he tightened his grip on his walking stick and started the climb. He had been working here for three years now, but this was the first time he had missed the beginning of the school year. His steps quickened the closer he got to the entrance in excitement to see his new students. Before he reached the entrance he had already broken into a full on sprint up the stairs, his bald head glistening in the fading light of the evening. 

When Alex entered The Academy he noticed that a few students were making their way to the grove. That's when it hit him. Today was test day. He almost missed the CET! [color=f26522]"No time to waste, I hope I'm not too late!"[/color] He quickly slipped his walking stick into the gap between his back and the backpack. With each step his feet dug into the earth a the earth beneath his feet pushed against him to propel him forward faster than he could run with his natural strength. He reached the grove in moments to a sight that was different but still familiar to him. Same thing every year, the first years get a chance to fight and test their mettle. Alex slid to a stop behind the gathered students and towered over them all. He crossed his arms with a smile that was hidden behind his mustache and watched as the students listened to the Headmaster speak, the students in the back knew he was there by the sound of him sliding in, but the ones further away may not have even known he existed. He spoke up in a booming voice [color=f26522]"Quite the turnout today Headmaster Kano! I apologize for arriving so late, I should have been here sooner!"[/color]
