Appearance: Unkempt brown hair, bright blue eyes, Caucasian, burn scar along left cheek
Costume: A black suit with light body armour installed, a tight hood and a mask covering the bottom half of his face.
Brief bio: Formerly a rising star in the field of quantum physics, Jacob began to drift away from his friends and family, spending more and more time in his lab. Eventually he got a call from his family telling him to come to a dinner that night or risk being disowned. He was going to go, but, on that night his security system went off, alerting him on his phone. It had turned out one the other physicists who had been jealous, had been sneaking around the lab. By the time he got there, they had already activated one of his new machines, which was going to be his first step to actually harnessing zero point energy and using it in various ways such as portals and such. Unfortunately it wasn’t ready and was unstable. Pushing the other man out of the way of the soon to be disaster, he got hit with all the force, suffering a burn on his face, and, unknowingly, absorbed some of the power. After being taken to hospital he found out that his family had left, thinking he wasn’t coming, and had been mugged and killed. It didn’t take him too long to figure out about his new powers, and soon devoted his life to fighting the likes that killed his family. Training in all sorts of combat, as he didn’t have any reliable combat abilities, he was as mortal as any other man, but that didn’t stop him from putting his life on the line.
