Cool Cool, Now I just have to decide between

A spirit of light that allows people to meditate, and can clear negative emotions (though is that more an active power?) And seeks knowledge above all else.

Or a spirit of darkness consumed by paranoia, with powers that rather than involving physical darkness, involve mental darkness, Confusion, deception. unfortunately its powers also apply to itself and it has no idea who it is working for. Its a sleeper agent for someone (or perhaps multiple people, or perhaps it actually isnt a sleeper agent.) It also plots against itself as it believes itself to be under the control of some evil being. It does not know it is plotting against itself as it encrypts its thoughts.
