No because nightmares are not dreams Since I keep on forgetting that he would be the DemiGod of Nightmares (Fears ). But he is most powerful when dealing with Fears that come about in ones nightmares. That is where he is strongest in the fear section of nightmares. So when you are having a nightmare that involves your fears... Blame him :D
