Yes, they most certainly do! As both are earth signs, they both prize stability in life whether it'd be love, money or anything else. That tends to leave minimal conflict, especially in a relationship. Aside from that, Capricorn's cool-headed nature tends to balance out the occasional raging temper that a Taurus may experience. Although they wouldn't have an extremely spontaneous relationship, they would have a very loving one.
