You should find the one who was essentially the linchpin behind the "Nobility Incident." He was here a short while ago... He may still be around. As far as I was told, he was the one responsible for the... "judging" of them after the battle.

*as you search around, you happen to notice a weight at the far end of one of th surfaces, and there appears to be one on every surface if you reach far enough; the air becomes warm with a hot and a cold area*
